Dough for 2 pizzas with a diameter of ~ 25 cm
190 g of water
2 tsp dry yeast
1 tsp salt
280 g flour
1 tbsp. olive oil
Filling
tomato sauce
250 g mozzarella
200 g strachatella
200 g cherry tomatoes
70 g dry tomatoes in oil
pesto
arugula
1. Add sugar to yeast and dilute with warm water. Leave for 5 minutes so that the yeast swells.
2. Add salt to the flour and pour the yeast there.
3. Knead elastic dough.
4. Add olive oil and mix well.
5. Cover the dough with a towel or cling film and put in a warm place for an hour.
6. Cut tomatoes and mozzarella.
7. Divide the dough into 2 parts.
8. Roll it into a layer and with a knife make a marking in the form of a heart.
9. Wrap the bumpers inside.
10. Spread with tomato sauce.
11. Top with mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and dry tomatoes in oil.
12. Salt and add spices to taste.
13. Bake when 240ʼС until golden brown (Pizza or Top Bottom mode)
14. Remove from the oven, top with strachatella, pesto sauce and herbs to taste (basil or arugula)
