Most of the humans on earth cannot hold an uninterrupted thought for more than 2 seconds and most people cannot play a musical instrument until they learn to play one. So, make it a game - just 2 second scenes, then to 5 seconds. Get in and get out. Daily practice---daily fun---and one day you will jut be doing it and won´t even know until you consciously think about it. You can do it!
