I been following manifesting over 5 years now and self help. Does it work yes it works honestly from using drugs to drug free now and healthier then I ever been. Growing forever affirmations they have good 8 hr tracks for sleeping. Lately I been listening to Abraham hicks not sleeping but in a day she explains how it works very clearly. While these concepts are critically important to understand and practice, it's just as important not to overstate them. Anyone believing that you can graduate with a PhD in three days or become a CEO of a fortune 500 company or cure an incurable disease or lose 10 lbs of fat or gain 5 pounds of muscle or change the color of your eyes or hair, or get over the death of a loved one, or.... Obviously the list is endless. So it would be nice to state that concentrated action and acquired knowledge are infinitely more important than simply feeling a certain way.

Not is the only way to go, I say this to things I want in my life, say "pleasure not out but in the body" or "pleasure in the body not out of the body" they both work, or say it about something else you want car house $10,000 or $100,000, or God if you want god in your life replace it with Pleasure with god in the sentence. So basically what is happening is with manifestation godard said what ever is in you will be in the world around you, so the spirit of that object or cash or God or anything you want pleasure so on, you need to say "in me not out of me" to things you want. So to things you don't want say "pain outside the body not in" or "pain not in the body but out of the body" you need to refer to both the outside of your body and inside so it works and creates a flow of spirit of the object or emotion or thing, person, or anything, you want in or out from you mind, body and existence, enjoy👍

You are right to try and deny it is foolish, but what you can do is try to re-frame it with some logical thinking. We are living in duality and there are 2 parts of us, the physical one and the non physical one that is always connected to source, always good, joyous and loving, the only reason you even can experience something opposite of that is because of that true nature of you, if it wasn't for that you wouldn't know what pain and suffering is. Having said all of that you can try to shift your focus from the unpleasant experiences with the knowledge that true you is actually having a blast right now and just try to imagine what the true you is experiencing right now therefore slowly shifting your focus from unwanted to wanted and allowing it to come into your experience aswell. I know that it might sound a bit confusing so feel free to ask for any clarification if you need it.
