Back in Seoul, South Korea and I'm glad I have the Namane Card to travel with. It's the one thing you need to have for your trip to Korea - A prepaid debit and transportation card like Namane is so convenient in this day and age when we use cards more than cash.

Thank you for your video. Definitely the Namane card will make my trip much easier, specially when leaving Seoul as I was made aware some locations may not accept international credit/debit cards. My trip has been planned for fall 2023, my plan is to stay for at least 3 months and to leave Seoul with a rental car and drive down to Adong and from there continue east towards the coast, following the coastline heading south to Pohang, Gyeongju, Ulsan, Busan, Tongyeong, Jindo, among other locations, once I get to the west coast I'll start heading northeast towards Gwangju, Seojong, etc., back to Seoul to stay there the reminder of my time in the country, looking for more things to do. :)

hi do you know if this card can be topped up with apply pay in my phone? i used the digital suica card in japan and i loved it. just top up using apple pay on your phone whenever you are low. no need to go find kiosk. if namane can’t do that do you know of any other cards that does?

Yes but buying things online in korea as a foreigner can get complicated.

No. Shopping online in korea is a little impossible as foreigners.

Is there any difference? If i were to just use youtrip card to pay at merchant instead of applying this card? Also when top up, need to be cash right to avoid 3%. So I still need to have cash to top up. The card cant link my youtrip card or something?

No diff! Correct! Use cash to top up. It’s for those who still changes cash and brings it overseas. There’s no one card for all things I guess.. Those who prefers cash will still bring with them but can have the option to top it up into this card to be cash free.

This Namane card is actually like a prepaid card! If you’re from singapore and want to use something like a credit/debit card overseas check out Trust Bank! I covered them a lot on my channel too :)
