Here's my 101 Dalmations trivia: Perdita is a character in Shakespeare's play "The Winter's Tale." It comes from the Latin word for "lost." Also, the voice of Roger, Ben Wright, also played Grimsby in "The Little Mermaid." As the story goes, nobody in "Little Mermaid" casting knew about it - he had to tell them.

Cruella was Anita's boss in the live action version with Glenn Close, I'm also pretty sure there were more American accents in that version too.

Don't wanna make it too morbid, but 1961 is less than 20 years after WWII. London especially still carries WWII heavily because of the Blitz, so Roger and Anita probably don't have any friends or family for a reason...

Can confirm everyone greets each other like that in London. And when we say goodbye we say "Chip chip twiddly dee, cheerio!" before we turn into chimney sweeps and dance away singing Step in Time. It's pretty standard.
