Hope you enjoy my cover of One Jump Ahead from Disneys Aladdin!!
This was a fun one to record, as you can probably tell me and Alex got way too into the voices, theres some VERY full out guards and a terrible attempt at a New York accent ✌️ Accents aren’t my strong suit and yet I still gave it a shot, should I have? Probs not. Did I? Yes, yes I did.
Next week will be a cover of flowers by Miley Cyrus and the week after there is something wicked on the horizon…

The artwork of female Aladdin is just perfect and the cover matches to a T. Still has that classic Aladdin feel, but the vibe really feels unique and adds a slight bit more of mischief to it. ^_^

coming from a newsies superfan, I can say that at somepoints the female background singers (i.e. "Oh its sad Aladdin's hit the bottom") sounds offly new york-ish which fuels my headcanon that this song can also be used to describe Jack Kelly and the male voice is Snyder the Spider... prove me wrong if you dare.
