Quick install video of the MotorGuide "Bottom" portion of the quick release bracket onto the One Objective Hobie PA 14 Bow Mount. Followed up by an install of the One Objective Hobie PA 14 Bow mount onto the kayak itself.

Thank you. I had to use the short bolts on my Hobie 14 2023 kayak. Long bolts bottomed out.

Absolutely, I've tossed around the idea of making a pro / con video of the bow mount vs stern mount once I have a bit more time with the bow mount. I've had the stern mount for ~ a year, there are definitely some advantages of that setup over the bow mount. So far though I think the bow mount is a better setup for fish-ability. By the time summer roles around I should have a pretty good feel on which one I prefer.

Never tighten bolts until all are in place!

Great video, helped me with my install. Did you do a video on running the wires for the motor?

Thanks Warren! Unfortunately I do not at this time although I do plan on replacing the wire I used with a better quality one at some point. I'll try to make sure I put a video together of that process when I do.
