Flex, arguably the BEST symmetry + size ever!!!! 👏.....not to mention his FLEXibility!! I think him and Van Dame only one's to do a split! Then there is Ronnie Coleman.....arguably the greatest "Mass Monster"+ conditioning!!......although I think Gunter Schlierkamp, Dorian Yates, and Paul Dillett are in that conversation!!! However, both Flex and Ronnie paying the price now.....Flex had one of his legs below the knee amputated and Ronnie cannot walk after many surgeries.....😢......Stay 💪..... He had four major titles at the AC and probably would have won the Olympia for many years if it wasn't for Dorian and Ronnie. Flex looked phenomenal from 98 to 2000 and probably only two or three bodybuilders could ever beat him or tie him who were Ronnie, Phil and Jay.

It is beyond me why flex put synthol in his arms if they were already a strong body part for him. But that goes to show just how insane flex's physique was that even with synthol in some areas it still was aesthetic pleasing and flowed quite well
