Ibn 'Abbas (RAA) narrated, ‘One day I was riding behind the Prophet when he said, “O lad, be mindful of Allah and He will protect you. Be mindful of Allah and you shall find Him with you. When you ask (for anything), ask it from Allah, and if you seek help, seek help from Allah.” Related by At-Tirmidhi who verified it as Hasan and Sahih.

in 2 hours, i'm going to face an important step in my ilfe. by allah, weather i receive what i want or not, it's in allah's hands. this brings peace to my heart. i'm not worried about the outcome. may allah protect sheikh Ahmad. i pray i meet him one day

I thanked Allah For the joys of life And he blessed me I complained to Allah About my pain And he relieved me I told Allah Why I was sad And he consoled me I kept on asking Allah For help But he delayed it To forgive me And to make me resilient Thus when he answered I understood his wisdom And became stronger In my faith I needed a private place For a personal meeting With Allah For I was so overwhelmed And needed consultation So I found sanctuary So close to Allah Just me and my Lord In prostration
