For that square footage range, this is absolutely the best home I have seen. Kit Homes rock. I still can't afford it, but it's closer lol😂 OH and curtains are hung at the lowest point and the top left open for natural light or you put it in the country and don't put up curtains. Small door to cabinet I assume a small trash can or a liquor cabinet. Both things you might need from both rooms. Just a guess...

Love the kitchen. Pantry. I have no clue why the bottom cabinet has the door to dining area. For a puppy? Cat? 😅 Nice primary. The church I went to as a kid had the railing and a back wall made of that glass in bathroom. Great house. Thank you for the tour!

I think with those windows , you would put your curtains straight across, and the open part above would be like fancy transom windows.

That was one of the best floor plans because it was slightly open, but the kitchen wasn’t right in the living room, like some newer homes. There was a good use of space, with lots of storage and high end finishes!!! I like the floors and wooden cabinets too. Much better than most of the newer homes I’ve seen lately~Kit Homes will be the ones I’ll be looking at more often while on my home search~Thanks Nate!!!😊

Now you're getting down to my kind of a house. I like the living room windows. The kitchen is great. I really liked the door on the back of that base corner cabinet. Nice sized off bedrooms. I really like the master bedroom layout. I think I drop the door from the master closet, add more shelving on each end and double rack the long wall in the closet. I really like the master shower but, I think a door is in order because of that shower head, either that or forget that shower head and just go with the one. I really like the entire layout of this house. On the outside, with the gray paint I'd go with all black trim and windows. I wouldn't change any of the interior colors. I noticed it had heat vents in the floor for us northerners. I like the freezer space in the utility. Give me a gas stove, heater and furnace and I'd be all set.

I agree with you about the bed in front of the window. It's nice. I'd have the island, I think it's more modern. I'd like different colours for the cabinets and the counter tops

Nice layout floor plan but I don’t like the bedrooms to be in the living room and i don’t like the laundry room in the kitchen. privacy would be nice!

I think your confused, there is no island, no tub in master, no fireplace, very poor layout, concerning space available, and what is with the little cabinet that is passthrough? The windows and ceiling is nice in the living room. very disappointed.

I feel like they need to let women design homes because women know what other women would like in the bedrooms closet too small there’s no extra bathroom there’s no fireplace. There’s no island and the kitchen looks horrible. I didn’t see a bathtub and what’s up with those tiny windows they make absolutely no sense at all.
