I definitely like this one for a single wide. There wasn't a lot of wasted space. Plenty of cabinet drawers and doors. I'm impressed!

I'm so glad the manufacturer's are stepping up their single wide game. I'm an empty nester who needs a home office and would like to occasionally have guests. This is definitely a floor plan that works for me and my husband. Definitely going to keep it in mind when we find the right property! Most floor plans, there's stuff I'd want to make minor changes to, but this one could work right off the lot. Thank you for showing it, Nate.

Very nice single wide, love the colors inside and out, especially the floor and wall colors. Add carpeted bedrooms and opening transoms in the main bath, master bedroom and closet would make it perfect for me! Thanks for the tour!

Right off seeing the kitchen half wall I would want that to be a solid wall with more upper cabinets in the kitchen, this would give much needed wall space to the living room.

What a beautiful single wide home… so light and bright… Would be my perfect retirement home… I love everything about it…. Any dealers in Florida??? The finishes are perfect.. Great color choices and Drywall mud and tape makes the home feel solid… Very impressive… Way to go Nate thank you for sharing this beautiful home…..

I like the upscale doors and the window 🪟 style they used throughout. The master bedroom has too many doors for a small room, I think the smaller closet with the Water heater in it should be closed off as solid wall and expand the bathroom to end of the wall moving the toilet back and frame out the water heater and have access behind a regular door. This would not only give you much needed wall space in the bedroom but more space in bathroom with better access to the water heater and you could have another linen cabinet built back there too. Other than that I like the master bathroom. The kitchen is good but could be even better with the solid wall instead of open to living room with stools, the kitchen could definitely benefit from this by gaining at least 3 more upper cabinets above that lower counter and cabinets . The second bathroom is nice with the larger vanity giving more counter space and a full set of drawers. This place as is has no coat closet or other linen closet for the second bathroom or bedrooms and that linen cabinet built in the expanded master bathroom would definitely help out with that. Very happy to see the Pantry in the laundry room right off the kitchen and back door. I would ask if the floor modifications are possible (yes I know it would cost more money 💰) but it would make a rather huge difference. I also would like to see this as a two bedroom along with those mentioned modifications so you could Increase the end bedroom size and the living room size and add in a coat closet.

I was expecting a much higher price than that after seeing how nice this is.

Great colors! I really like this configuration of the guest bedrooms. Even though they are on the small side, they both look usable. And allows for a nicer bath. ❤️ having two closets and a pantry. How did they make 1100 square ft seem larger 😆
