No matter how many movies or interviews or documentaries they make about this, nothing will compare a hot summer night in the bronx at Yankee stadium when the Sox or Mets are in town.

I remember watching this game. I was 10 years old, and me and my dad were able to catch the game at the 7th inning after we went out to an amusement park. It is one of my favorite Yankee memories. Watching this recap got me so excited. They just don’t play with this much heart anymore

A lot of people forget but this is the game that ended the Nomar being more valuable than jeter debate

I was there! Upper deck third base side, looked straight down on Jeter going into the stands.

I remember watching this as a 11 year old with my dad, my first year watching baseball and the real full game I think I ever watched. I was hooked as a forever yankee fan just like my dad. I cried that year when they got eliminated and the red sox won
