The part about changing the chain is not true. They where faulty before 2015. And after they should last forever. Some will get faulty too, then replace them. But no need for replacing when they are still good 😂😂

Well the problem with these specific timing chains is if they break, your engine will be damaged.

even before 2015, it was less than 1% of the engines affected. BMW sells literal millions of cars a year so it'll seem like alot even at less than 1%.

320i use n20 before 2015 and B48 after 2015. B48 is a great engine with closed deck and has high tuning potential.

For b48 320 and 330 , 320 can have same power as 330 on a stag1 pretty much. Just configured from factory different right??

Only difference in the 328 and 320 motor wise is compression and tuning. 320 runs higher comp and held back by its tune from factory (would be to validate selling a 328 as well)

My 2014 528i was dreadful. Always something wrong with it. If it wasn’t the engine, it was some dumb electronic sensor going out. 2011 pre turbo 6 cylinder 528i is the way to go if you are looking for a bulletproof f10 28i engine.

You can't push 350hp. Those came with the 8hp45, rated for 450nm torque. You'll be way past that to get 350hp.

At this point of watching so many complains about bmw , ima just buy the car with no engine configuration what so ever ,instead ima put a nice reliable asian or american sport engine😂
