Crocodile loves his Bond films - a casino base, trapdoors, a dramatic chair spin, a beautiful and deadly woman as his second in command, and a giant monster in the basement to feed people to. Oh, and government backing making everything he does legal.

Remember how just before Igarams ship exploded there also was a black screen with numerous hands popping up, just like with Pell before he got put into a submission hold ? and then when she appeared on the Merry she could mysteriously move objects, which the animation naughtily didn't show how (not that Oda drew arms in the manga either XD )

its SO tragic that koza sees that ship full of weapons as "divine guidance" in that moment. oda is really good at making moments incredibly....ironic? tragic? these typ of moments where you think "noooooO!!!!!! thats not it!!!!!!!! you DONT HAVE ALL THE INFORMATION PLEASE DONT!!!!!"

"Protect Alabasta" the delivery of those words was great. And I forgot that "Love for the Country is what destroys the country" was present in the anime. Thought it was a Song Only line by Croc.'s VA in the song "Alabasta Game"

Hey Mikey, I’m so glad you’re enjoying Arabasta so much. But honestly, this arc isn’t by any means the best; this is the beginning of the real show. Everything until now has just been exposition. But Crocodile is a man who will really drive the point home that One Piece’s villains are done screwing around.

i'm not really a fan of jim carrey and i personally dont think he'd be good for bon clay. plus i think i'd be annoyed if a big a lister acted in it (including jamie lee curtis for dr kureiha)

@@meli-belli i much prefer when its smaller actors actually getting jobs instead of those jobs being given to those who are already incredibly famous and rich. there are of course roles where no one could replace a big name (ie Robin Williams as Genie). if a big name auditions for one piece fair and square, sure. but i dont want them to be chosen because they'll rake in views and money (which is why so many hollywood movies are tiring to me), and i'd want the other auditioners to be treated equally to them. i want to see new faces in the industry (i hope that didn't come off as rude or anything. it's simply my opionion.)
