Running Luffy seems kinda mandatory, with running the constant mil on play effects, it seems like you could deck out pretty easy by turn 6-7.

I’m so hyped for Moria and the Thriller Bark archetype. As a Graveyard player in other TCGs this feels designed specifically for me. And on top of that it looks potentially really strong.

I’m so excited to play Moria! I started playing during OP-02 and black has been my go to color since then. I really enjoyed how Dressrossa and Cipher Pol cards used the trash to their advantage, but this seems like it’s on a whole new level and it’s on Moria which is just perfect!

Yeah, moria Is basically "zombie deck does zombie deck things", and It is very appropriate😂 the only thing missing for the perfect recipe is a zombie night event card and then I'm gucci

There's a card "doctor hogback" that can take a "thriller bark" card from trash, that's including shadow Asgard, making it loop-able for continuous 6+k leader

There's a whole lot of options when working with this archetype, however, only thing that makes building the deck hard is the 50 cards per deck rule.

Thriller Bark looks cool asf! I play yugioh as well I and I love playing graveyard reliant decks like Tearlament and Phantom Knights. Cant wait to try this out

I think Moria is super strong and it seems like they printed lots of cards for hand control in this set so I’m excited to see how it pans out.

I've not really been much of a black player especially now with how expensive a lot of the cards are but this archetype is looking incredible. It may just convince me to invest in bits in preparation for Moria. I love the art on the leader and I'm excited to see the alt art for it.

Shadow's asgsrd KO'ing after blocking seems incredibly solid. 😮 Very excited to see this deck coming, and definitely gonna draft up some brews to see what i should pick up beforehand. Already have 4x Luffy, def need to pick up a playset of Sabo before he (potentially) jacks up a lot

Perona leader is definitely underrated imo. With combos from black events, you can practically rest anything for free with the leader effect. No resting leader, no having to attack to activate. With so many blockers you can practically rest any of them and then pop them with something like X Drake or Don Krieg.

Potentially, making the room for them and even Sabo seems like it will be hard to balance. We'll have to figure it all out over time :]

Curious but does playing a card from the trash activate it's on play effect?

Yes, On Play Effects happen any time a card would be Played. So for example, Gecko Moria's effect reads "play ..." so while you are not playing it from your hand, you are playing it from the trash, so the On Play effect will be triggered. The same idea holds true from Playing a card from hand like in the case of 7c Green Film Luffy, he lets you "play" a card from your hand that is Film or Straw Hat and costs less than 4, so the 3 cost Nami coming into play can use her "On Play" Effect.
