Here is a general recipe of what I used : ) Rice 3/4c white rice 1 lap xuong 4-5 dried shiitake mushrooms 1/2 c peas + carrots 1c mushroom water Sauce 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1/2 tbsp sesame oil 1/4 tsp mushroom seasoning 1. Rehydrate mushrooms in warm water 2. Cut lap xuong into slices 3. Wash rice. 4. Squeeze rehydrated mushroom to drain off excess water. Reserve the mushroom water 5. Add sliced lap xuong, sliced shiitake mushrooms, frozen peas + carrots. 6. Add 1c of mushroom water. Cook Rice 7. Assemble sauce, feel free to adjust to your preference. NOTE: I filmed myself making double the amount of sauce, but I only used half in the end :p 8. After 15minutes, add the sauce. 9. Mix!

@@kimcontreras1973 No you do not need too adjust anything. If you need a cup of water use a cup. Don’t add. The moisture will be pulled out from other ingredients
