ONE POT SPAGHETTI JOLLOF | SPAGHETTI JOLLOF RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
500g Spaghetti
2 Medium size onion
4 Medium size fresh tomato
1/2 Scotch bonnet or Habanero pepper
Fried lamb meat
Meat stock which includes salt, onion, garlic, ginger, stock cube and spices
1 tsp. Garlic granules
1/2 tsp. Ground black pepper
Canned tuna
Canned tomato puree or paste
Frozen vegetables
Olive oil but you can use any oil of your choice

To soften the spaghetti but you can do without it anyway 👍

I don't know why I'm not getting it. The spaghetti ends up taking more water than necessary

Just don't add alot of water , add just abit and you can add water later if it's hard 👍
