This workout is trash, don't do it. Because it doesn't have a pulling exercise, the sit ups has no benefits and it will hurt your back, cardio can affect your muscle growth, it doesn't have progressive overload and everyday workout is not recommend cause our muscles need time to rest and recover. Weight lifting it better for muscle building and calisthenics is not but it can get you pretty lean, it has the same strength development to weight lifting don't worry. The progression depends on your physique, diet, age (sometimes), and how well your work.

@@SachinSinghhhh If he's/you're a beginner then he/you can develop significant muscle since you just started doing it, but if you have gym experience or you're a intermediate at workouts then it's a most likely destroy your progression. So it depends, most likely not real.

Im going to split mine into 20 push-ups 20 situps 20 squats every hour or 2. The running is probably going to be the hardest part tbh. I run a mile, but 5 miles man it’s gon be hell lots of walking in between gotta build up that conditioning.
