I stuck to it for 40 days once, minus the 10km run. One of the best and most impactful decisions of my life. Doing it every day got me addicted to the feeling of working out and I've been at the gym 4-5 nights a week ever since 🤣

No one has ever trained 300 days 10 months without taking a day off trust me the workout is intense especially without Ac and heater but if you put your mind to it and overcome death you gain such Super human strength 💪 ❤️

This workout is trash, don't do it. Because it doesn't have a pulling exercise, the sit ups has no benefits and it will hurt your back, cardio can affect your muscle growth, it doesn't have progressive overload and everyday workout is not recommend cause our muscles need time to rest and recover. Weight lifting it better for muscle building and calisthenics is not but it can get you pretty lean, it has the same strength development to weight lifting don't worry. The progression depends on your physique, diet, age (sometimes), and how well your work.

@@SachinSinghhhh If he's/you're a beginner then he/you can develop significant muscle since you just started doing it, but if you have gym experience or you're a intermediate at workouts then it's a most likely destroy your progression. So it depends, most likely not real.

A lot of other people I watch say “it’s not working” but they all cut some of the routine in half to make it more manageable, not saying this could really turn you into a one punch man but if people aren’t gonna stick to the actual thing they can’t expect many results

Im going to split mine into 20 push-ups 20 situps 20 squats every hour or 2. The running is probably going to be the hardest part tbh. I run a mile, but 5 miles man it’s gon be hell lots of walking in between gotta build up that conditioning.

Push ups are essentially a full body workout, though depending on the variant, it's mostly an upper body focused workout. So biceps are naturally being strained due to lifting your body weight from your starting position.
