After one year of using the Dr. Dennis Gross LED Mask - I am back with an honest review of the Spectralite Faceware Pro and the benefits I've seen from using red light therapy and blue light in my skincare routine. I agree, amazing product! I saw results after 2 weeks, incredible. I was thinking of leaving it on for more than 3 min as well, but didn’t want to risk… I’ll def do some research. :)

their blog says you can do as much as you want as long as you take a break after each session, im not sure how long, and dont do it with retinol on your skin, they also say more than 3 minutes have no added benefits but it is fine to use multiple times a day as long there is a rest period

people are talking about having to refasten the strap each time i think, which it seems you are doing already. i dont need to do so, my strap is secured and i just put on the mask multiple times without needing to refasten or adjust the strap and it stays on fine, but i make my strap more secured, i can see all the people complaining doing the bare minimum in securing it

What about the LED EYE MASK of Dr Dennis? Is it same the same good results with the face mask?

Same quality as the mask, just focused around the eyes 🩷☺️

Does it causes fat loose? Also heard it not works well after 1year ??

The device is not designed for fat loss but instead improvement of skin quality. I have had mine for 2 years now and it still works beautifully 🤍

Does this mask get warm? I have the lightstem and feel like once it gets too warm, it causes hyperpigmentation from the heat

Is it supposed to sit so close to your face?! I have one and just got around to using it and was freaked by the fact that it touches my face

Hahaha yes this one also rests against the face. That is the design feature and should be non-invasive, but there are also some on the market that hover over the face instead if this prevents you from using it 😊
