Hey hunnies, Happy New Year!! Sit down with me as I fill you in on my *ONE YEAR POST BIG CHOP TRANSFORMATION*. To clarify, my routine is simple. Protective styles, water, oil, and peace. Protective styles help with low maintenance and manipulation to avoid hair loss. Mist hair down with water and conditioner mixed together in bottle. Repeat this step with leave in conditioner and oil mixed together in another bottle, and oil your scalp. You can use products of your choice. Personally I have used the Aveda Be Curly conditioner and water in one water bottle. With Cream of Nature Argan Oil Leave In Conditioner mixed with some DOO GRO hair oil in a separate second bottle. I also use the oil separately to oil my scalp after misting. Do not over mist or saturate, or you will have overly oiled hair.
Second, most importantly, your physical is a reflection of within. Be sure to take care of your mind and spirit, as well as your body. Therefore, eating and LIVING healthy is extremely important. Be cautious of what you allow inside of yourself. Anything or anyone that is not making you feel wholesome about yourself is something that doesn’t need to be around you. This includes people.
