-In human life, emotion is a very powerful thing.
-Deepest dimension of life you’ve touched is a moment of love.
-So you raise it to heaven.
-If you think,somebody must love you,it's the unfortunate way to live.
God loves you - it’s the most unfortunate way to live.
That means you made yourself in such a way nobody can even look at you.
-If people around you cannot help loving you,
that’s a nice way to be
-You’re trying to be loving when you are not pleasant.
When you’re feeling bitter, you try to be loving ,it’ll destroy you

Of the hundreds of videos of Sadhguru, this one is the most resonant to humanity IMO. While living in a Tibetan Monastery years ago, an old monk said something similarly profound to me, "If you don't know what to do, just be kind".

I really like Sadghuru's knowledge, philosophy and I am very thankful learning from him. But. He might never have lived with a dog. I do. And I may confirm, that a dog as well, is his very own character. A dog has preferences, low and high emotions, sometimes he does not give a "damn" seing me. He is his own personality and does not follow me blind. It is a human thing to put dogs in that - we belive the dog would always be pleasant- but every dog is a own personality, with his very personal dog view of everything. It us a protection to think, that a dog is always happy with his owner...🐶🫶🙏 namaskaram. Corinne with Jay - the dog🐶

So far I able to track within myself the mentioned qualities of my emotions. Also I understand that a neutral state of mind or emotions is a bless. But sometimes there are times I am strongly hit inside with unpleasant pain in a kind of emotions or soul. Observing this phenomena I don't figure where this negativity comes from, given before I was in pleasantness. So I am concluding that the negativity is constantly induced by negative spirits and the constant work is to reach always the balance again where it becomes pleasant.

He is simply talking about taking charge of your thoughts and emotions. Indirectly he is refferong to the law of attraction but, many people has a misconception about the law of attraction so he said it in his own words.

I was in the same situation a few years ago ... and so I also took a dog ... it's real, but the dog also brings out other deep emotions... love heals, but the way to healing can also be exhausting... at the same time I have discovered so much with him... inside me and outside... some more truth... a little more peace...
