Attention: Director and Production Team. Patrick Paez is THE HOST. He is supposed to give questions to burning issues. He is supposed to clarify the POV of guests. He is not supposed to be - argumentative; - interrupting even before a guest has finished his point, - always on the right, - not listening, - not digressing! He said he is a journalist, maybe he can review the basics of journalistic work and ethics. Just a suggestion. Peace. 😌🙏🤫 _

Mali ka intindi. China is open for diplomacy. It’s the actuation of Pilippines that triggered China to behave this way. Ang point ni Patrick, bakit hndi nakikipagdiplomasya kung di naman pala natin kaya ang China on our own. US also has process within their systems bago pa makarating ang tulong. Ang pinaka magandang taktika na Pwede gawin ng ating AFP ay kelangan natin para mag supply ng basic foods and necessities of our AFP located in our BRP Sierra Madre ấy Paligiran natin ang mga CCG na lumulusob.. kelangan natin ng first wave (bait) at syempre haharangin nila Ang 1st wave, dapat Meron tyu 2nd wave, 3rd wave 4th wave etc.. para hindi maka Forma Ang mga chekwa.

Pretty great exchanges there. PATRICK PAEZ just stood out for asking timely & critical questions (not the give away ones) and adding unpopular contexts to the issue at hand. He’s right, journalists are supposed to ask the difficult and unfriendly questions especially to experts who themselves have their own biases and persuations. Otherwise, magiging WE ARE WE ARE DISCUSSION lang yang StoryCon! almost 20 years ago our company here in guam repaired oil exploration ship under federal govenrment contract(falls under johnson act),funded by china government finding oil in WPS(for 3 months of job i been friend with two hawaiian filipino,andthe american bosun)these guys telling me they cap a lot of oil pipes for two years of operation

The over all strategies of the country is apt to the current situation but what we are falling short is on the tactical level. What China did during the recent incident is part of the broader military strategies in the disputed sea. They employed "anti access & area denial" (AA&AD) in which they are succeeded from preventing the AFP to resupply their mission. The problem is the AFP they don't know HOW to overcome or misread the Chinese reaction.

Real question is where do we see this WPS issue ending? Until when? And will our present actions lead to that desired ending?

This is a belated comment. What about Risa and Gibo Teodoro and make Gibo handle the DND if they both win. We need somebody for the WPS.

I agree with Richard we can use our Navy's amphibious ship (Tarlac-class), maybe our allies can loan us some of their Chinook helicopters to airlift our supply directly to the Sierra Madre. I know our military leaders have plans how to do it. The question is do we have the political will to break the blockade in one of our territory.
