When you buy a device with your hard earned money you want it to perform well and last long without getting old too soon.
I bought Oneplus Pad and most of the time I love it but sometimes it is annoying.

I liked the round camera design and camera performed really well. I did a lot of photo and videos and people use to ask me what camera I am using!! As a 30,000 rupees phone it out performed a lot of other expensive phone at that time. I loved it!

Which one do you recommend, a One Plus Pad or a Samsung F9 SE Plus? I use it for notes for web use for some online meetings and to work on PDF or Word or Excel documents.... also a bit of multitasking and a functional pen

For starters this is a very good review. The camera angles and the close ups were amazing and professional. Your voice is good. Editing skills are great. The entire concept creation is on point as intended by you. I would wish you to brush up on a few bold errors so that you get a more clean video out in the future. I may be writing this too late but this is my review as a viewer who has seen more than 7000 hours of video reviews - here are some points that will help you with a pro video review - Background color contrast, Spelling mistake( bass instead of base), show prices for other variants when you boldly mention base variant and event talk about it, avoid lyrical background music, work on intonation anxiety, when you compared two pads-display what they are while you speak about it, some word phrases and the video show did not match what you referenced. Work these out and you should be good very soon.

The included Spen and option for sim card are some really good feature. LCD pannel with 90hz refresh rate with samsung UI running on a 10.9 inch screen is something we’ll need a demo to understand how its diffrent from the Oneplus’s setup. Samsung Tab 16:10 screen ration is better for gaming and usability comfort than the oneplus 7:5 ratio. If the feel of the samsung tab feels exceptionally premium with better screen and speakers when it comes out then you can consider that and it will be worth the wait to find out. There’s a discount going on the Oneplus Pad.

I said that because sometimes it doesn’t behave like true 144hrz. I don't know why Snapdragon processors feel more safe to have. 🤔

More than screen size it has to do with resolution, moving more pixels is heavier on the gpu. But xiaomi pad 6 has almost the same resolution. Dimensity 9000 is definitely faster than sd870 so it comes down to software optimization and also support for the chipset from Oneplus, from Android (Google) and from the software developers I think.

Apps that don’t support high refresh rate will have to fix it from their end. Once you buy the Oneplus pad then I’m sure you’ll get use to it. Most apps that we all use on a daily basis supports at least 90fps. So, that’s there. It’s a Mid-range pad so little bit of hiccups are there that takes the premium feel from it but, honestly it’s okay for me!

Yes it’s great for taking notes if you get the Oneplus magnetic keyboard. The Oneplus pen is not available for some reason for a while now. I was planning to get it but, I think I’ll go with the keyboard only.

There’s a 10,000 rupees price difference between both tabs. Samsung will have more polished build quality than Oneplus, but performance will be the same with LCD screens on both devices. You can opt. For Oneplus pad and spend that extra money on the keyboard and pencil. Best value for money will be MI pad 6 if you wish to save some extra cash.

I can tell you this much the refresh rate is not that big of an issue. It only comes down to 60hrz in some apps like KZfaq, Google maps, few more that does not support a high refresh rate. Other than that the UI and everything else that I'm using is super smooth. I'll try the Hz enforcement software and let you know if it makes any difference.

They both are very capable devices. If you get the Xiaomi pad 6 you won’t miss the Oneplus pad! It’s a very flat design with sharp edges that give you a feel of the IPad Air. Oneplus on the other hand is about the brand “Oneplus” with round edges and bigger aspect ratio gives you more screen real estate that makes Internet browsing more attractive both in landscape and portrait orientation.

Yes of course but, there will be a crop factor because of the aspect ratio. If you don’t over zoom then the cinematic bars looks good!

@Eddtech9 how do you check warranty status of Oneplus pad? I recently bought the device from oneplus store but I'm unable to check its warranty status. Oneplus care application is showing no details, I believe the application is not meant for Oneplus pad.

One year from the day you unboxed it! It's the most common way to check warranty status. It doesn't show warranty status on the pad all over the UI.

I edit my videos on Premier Pro! The key to make a good video is to write your script first. It does not follow any format like a feature film script/screenplay, it’s rather simple and very easy. After that, start shooting and keep your footage on the timeline as you shoot them. Record your voice overs and put some good music in the background. Do a quality check and export/upload/share. There are several tablets you can pick up under that price range. Check out the Samsung Tab S9 FE+ It's a good package 📦 If you're not too demanding with your device then you can also pick up something cheaper.

Yeah! Not very good for intense games. Most people play PUBG in low setting with 90fps on.

Oneplus service centre will solve that problem if it the oneplus’s magnetic keyboard. Must be some issue with the magnet or just some software bug. 🐛

The one I’m using is a 250RS cheap stylus from Amazon. Not ideal for note taking but good for navigating through UI. If they stop making Oneplus stylus then it’s a deal breaker in my opinion!

Actually tab is big compared to other tabs.. So it feels heavy ... I don't play much games.. But gaming performance is nice like BGMI i played.. But issue is feels big in hands 😅 and it is premium in every aspect....

It depends on your usage. If content consumption and minimal productivity is what you want from your Pad then Oneplus pad or the MI pad 6 are the best option that will serve you for years to come. iPads are the best thing but the price is surely high but it’ll age way better than anything in the market.
