The reason why Luna had two wands was because in The Order of the Phoenix and Half Blood Prince she had her first wand, but in the Deathly Hallows Luna was taken captive by the Death Eaters and they took Luna’s first wand, but since she was with Ollivander, because he was taken hostage as well, he made Luna a new wand.

I'm pretty late to this but the first wand Luna owned with the acorn design on was her first which was confiscated when she was imprisoned in Malfoy manor. After, Garrick Ollivander made her a new wand. This was, however, not seen in the films, but a new wand was made for Luna for Deathly Hallows part 2.

I got two wands from this shop in Boston, Connecticut. One of the looks like a unicorn horn, but it is black. The next one has a brown tip, with a black handel. All from Boston. And I live in Michigan. The one with the brown tip with the black handel was my brothers, but I defeated him in a duel. So it's mine now.

No judgement. We all do it at home with ours! I got the interactive one at universal studios and I was walking around diagon alley and hogsmade doing spells... I'm 25. ❤❤

In the deathly hallows, Luna was imprisoned by the death Eaters, and they stole and broke her wand. Ollivander was also kept as prisoner in that dungeon, and she took care of him, and things. So when they were free from the dungeon, Olivander crafted her a brand new wand. (This is the reason to her second wand).

Lupins wand is designed like that, because of the handle. The handle with the ball at the end, is actually indestructible, so when he changes into the werewolf and he's holding a wand, it won't break, crackle or even scratch over Remus his force. He became a werewolf before he went to ollivanders, so the wand chose him because it could serve him the best. It's the only wand I want to own so I have done my research😂😂😂

I was lucky to be at the opening day in Orlando Wizarding world back in 2010(?) lol. Stood in line for 8 hours to get in the park and 1.5 hours for ollivanders. I was determined for Ollivander to choose me and he did! Back then they gave out unique, generic wands and not character wands. I will cherish forever. But now you’ve made me want to begin collecting.

Although they're expensive, they're really well made ad they immerse fans into the story even more. I have voldemorts, the elder wand, hermione's, harry's and Bellatrix's. Actually have a few versions of the elder wand. Most of them are from the Noble collection, as their wands are identical to Warner Brothers and they also create the Olivanders boxes. I keep fighting myself on whether to get Ron's wand next, or Dumbledore's from Fantastic beasts. Definitely love Bella's wand, and the plaque it comes with.

i know this is late but ulnas 1st wand was taken (and broken) be voldemort when she was kidnapped. so olivander made her a costum wand as a thank you gift for comforting him

At 8:13 when you were talking about your birthday wand it reminded me a lot of newt scamander's wand because of the hoove like design for the handle of the wand.
