I met Linkara at a convention in like 2012. I was standing in line to buy a badge, and he walked by with two bodyguards. No one else seemed to recognize him, so I was like, "holy shit, are you Linkara?" And he was like, "either that or I'm a really good cosplayer." Then he walked past me to a staff area. The end.

I love any playthrough with Cory because he always seems to be perfectly wrong about everything he says but he believes in it so much so he spreads his fake knowledge to others. He's like an honest Zach in that he just spreads lies but unlike Zach he has no idea what he's doing. Cory is basically Chris' little brother talking about stuff he heard on the playground

I don't see it as depressing. To me that just shows James commitment to quality. Say what you will about the AVGN movie it had a level of professionalism to it and some actual production value. The Channel Awesome movies are amateur home films which are probably shot in like 4 days lmao. Anyone can make a shitty micro budget feature if they have the time, doesn't say anything special about Doug.

Y'know, I get why Chris doesn't like this remake- it was a really weird story decision at the end when William Birkin revealed that he came from an Alternate Timeline and remembered the events of the original Re2, and so Leon and Claire teamed up to defeat the representation of fate itself so they can alter the timeline and possibly save Aerith.

@@PokemonTrainerRed01 that's true, and the gameplay is still great- The only issue it presents is that it's been so long since the original that there are people who are unfamiliar with it, and while going back and playing the original is an option the dated gameplay and graphics mean it wouldn't resonate as much with newcomers. Not that everything has to be newcomer friendly, but a remake should (in my opinion) be a suitable replacement for the original. Even if it changes stuff, you oughta be able to play a remake and "get it". No hate, to be clear, it just feels a bit weird.

I've never played Kingdom Hearts myself, I've experienced it through Oney! However, I don't feel comfortable racing to the end of FF7 Remake because I don't want to get to the cliffhanger without a solid release date for part 2. That's the weird part for me

Drano baby story: man rubs Drano on infant son, which starts to dissolve his scalp and face. The infant was brought to the hospital when he died a week later. The father was charge for 3rd degree murder and sentence to 35 years in prison.

In a zombie situation all my notes would be 90% words and 10% pictures so as to avoid being misunderstood by whatever poor soul has to blast my undead brains and escape or whatever. In the time it took this cop to sketch those things he could have written out ten times the information.

@@zombo. lol, bruh, finishing games is a very recent facet of Oneyplays, with a handful of exceptions in the solo Oney and Ding Dong and Julian days. I'm pretty sure Oney recorded this and the other stuff with Jeff while he was visiting them in Philly, so they had a limited time. Also, I mean, there's a pandemic going on, so yeah, something serious is happening lol.

46:09 Definitely not as wild as when they predicted Steviroth in Smosh, but it's kind of neat that one of Gilbert Gottfried's last appearances was in Smiling Friends. They really brought Gilbert Gottfried onto the show

Sadly he has like 5 or 6 more posthumous release roles, so while Smiling Friends was likely one of his last recorded roles he has a few others. Still legendary that they got him and he was God himself
