For anyone who isn’t aware, in spyro 3, a demo for crash bash was playable by putting in a code on the menu screen, and if you put in another code in the menu for the demo, you could unlock nearly every minigame, plus 3 bosses. This was never meant to be public, and this code was probably forgotten about. It was also early in development, so the Komodo brothers didn’t have character portraits. The developers probably put Bart and homer in as a funny joke until the character portraits were finished.
