I can see the single moves in this one (Bian Da, Fu Hu, Jie Bao Kua), different stances, and even some stretching exercises like the rolling chop.

There is no Bian Da here. It is Kua move.

No. I trained alone all these years. My teacher only taught a few students at the time when I was 8 or 9, including his two sons. A few years later we moved house so I trained by myself losing contact with all of them.
