I never thought that this icecream would be so much delicious ...I cant even imagine without whipping cream or fresh cream...no fancy or harmful chemicals ..no such things added in this recipe...and it was such a tasty recipe I tried yesterday....but it was less smooth as compare to icecream made using whipping cream ..but such a healthy ingredients are used in this recipe ..but taste wise so tasty

what I feel to get a smooth texture, after the grapes are put through the mixer, strain the pulp and then proceed as she has done, then it could be a smoother texture.

I just saw the recipe again where she has used wheat flour, wheat flour has a lot of husk, one will have to sieve it but I feel using custard powder will have a smoother effect because it is very very fine, my views, thank you

I made a wheat flour cake from another site and the lady said to sieve the wheat flour twice which I did and I was surprised to find so much bran in it which will make the cake dense, it turned out super soft

One more question madam, do you think we should strain the grapes juice after running in the mixer to get rid of the skin because most often grapes are not good for people with persistent cough and I am sure the skins could be a problem, hence do you think we can strain the juice without coming in the way of this ever so delicious ice cream.
