Ingredients-
1+1/4 Cup Whip cream
1 Cup Milk (Full fat)
1/4 Cup powder sugar
1/4 cup condensed milk
1/4 cup milk powder
1/3 Black currant crush/Dried Black currant
1 tbsp corn flour
Purple food colour 3-4 drops (Optional)

saw your site for the first time and the icecream drew my attention, I watched it till the end, your explanation was very simple, easy to understand the end result was awesome, thank you, will first get the ingredients required, I do not think I will buy the purple colour because it cannot be used on a regular basis and it will just lie around, you have other dessert recipes where this colour can be used, then I might think of picking it up, thank you once again, your recipe was outstanding
