One of the big ones is sizing the lambdas correctly.
When you start getting lots of lambdas, sizing them all correctly gets tricky, time consuming or slow.

Your videos always impress me. So clear and straight forward. You didn't mention if there was a cost for the 2 tools themselves, just the cost of AWS time to run them.

The first tool is open source. All you pay for is the cost for running the tests Sedai is free up to 5M lambda invocation and then only $10 per million on their pro package.
