OMG! This is so sad! I burst into tears everytime she holds up her Mercury pen in front of her face. I love both versions of "Only A Memory Away". You should really do all the DiC dub songs scenes in high quality!

I love this version. Just wish they could do it without the voices, especially rini's. she's so annoying. Plus she's rude as well. Calling their gift cheesy. She used her "kitty" to make a chessy gift. She may be young but she's a supposed princess. she needs to grow up. But her voice is awful in general. she's just a brat.

What's with DiC and their music? Everytime they put an episode on television with a song, they release the same song on a CD and it sounds so much different! THey did the same thing with She's got the power and it's kinda annoying. The only song that sounds the same on both versions is The Power of Love. Anyone understand what I'm saying here?

I always thought Rini was so annoying as a kid, and 25 years later I still think she's so rudeeee. I understand her not understanding why the girls didn't come to say good-bye to Amy, but to say that they probably just got her a cheap gift at the drug store??!?!? The girl holds nothing back.

@xena1fan Aah I'll just stick to DiC and original. ;p Sugar's Rini really puts me off of Cwi so much. But meh everyone has their opinions and I def only like DiC and original as far as btwn English and sub. Although the Korean version was hacked and slashed even more it's kinda neat to watch only mainly because of the voice acting. The Italian is also great as well as Greek. :3

you alsoe have to consider her age. In body and mind she is 5years old, althought her actuall age is 800+. But since she stoped aging in body and mind she dont know how to reason. For a five year old not trying to keep you is meaner then to let the person go and live its life. So in rinis mind the girls are mean for not trying to keep Ami.

90s Chibiusa/Rini is odious and rude.

They had to cut so much from the DiC dub because it was geared towards kids and in Japan it was more geared towards young adults. Keeping that in mind there's I think Japan's standards for children's programming is more open then that of North Americas. I hope that make scence. I for one think both have a place I grew up with the dub but now that I'm older seen the original I prefer that one but I think if I saw the origninal as a kid I'd been creeped out by so much and wouldn't watch it.

But I never insult the original. ;p It's awesome too. I actually love both DiC and original in different ways (No Cwi please xD). :3 The only thing about DiC I liked more was the transitions and effects; it just spruced it up a bit. I wish Toei had those. :/

To people bashing Rini/Chibiusa here, did you forget her age? She's only about 5 in body and mind, remember? (Technically 900 or so according to the manga, but spent most of that time in suspended animation.) Basically Rini thinks the girls are being mean to Amy by letting her go so easily and not saying goodbye in person. Children tend to see things in black and white only until they get older and see the greys. Goodness, don't be so harsh on a kindergartener...

The Dic Actually Edited The Seatbelt Onto Ami Mizuno/Amy Anderson On The Show Themselves And The original japanese version Did not have A seatbelt Ami/Amy In Their Version Of The Show And neither did the new Viz Media company version of sailormoon did not have It either .

I feel the soundtrack version is better this. This rhythm is weak in comparison to the CD release. The album rendition had a rhythm full of a sense of urgency that suited this scene.

I really wish ami made her own desision and just moved on on what she wants to do and not what her friends want to dobut of course she has to help her friends but what about her
