7:11 Rb3 and Rxb2 aren't actually very different at a low depth, because both of them allow white to play Bxf5 and threaten h7. However, Rb3 allows black to play g6 in response to Bxf5, forking the queen and bishop, and the game will be a draw. The Stockfish line is Bxg6 hxg6 Qxg6+, where all white has is a perpetual check, since only the queen is attacking the black king. If white tries to play Bc3 and activate his dark square bishop, the rook on b3 will just take it, which wouldn't be possible if the rook was on b2.

I have two suggestions, firstly maybe it is better to turn off the computer evaluation (sometimes you have in on, sometimes you have it off), secondly, sometimes it is confusing that you show a blunder with "?!" which is by definition only an inaccuracy, normally a blunder is marked with "??". I would not even mention it, but after the "huge blunder" of Lc0 Re1 (11:06), the same sign is used for the response of SF Rd8.

There are various GMs who played also the Budapest Gambit. The reason probably why Magnus avoid using this opening is because of the complex understanding of various lines. He might ruin his game if he is not prepared using this line. Most of the time, he uses familiar openings like Sicilian Defense, Queen Gambit Decline, Caro-Kahn, and Berlin Defense to avoid complications during the tournaments. In fact, the Budapest Gambit is one of the most dangerous and notorious gambits in the black perspective. This kind of opening is perfect in 'unbalancing' action on the board and makes the white play out of the comfort zone. This is what I prefer against the d4-c4 pawn line of the White. This gambit is perfect for those players who move like 'gangster mode' style. Sometimes, I played this line whenever I am bored using my typical way of playing against d4 and most of them result in winning though it is adventurous but worth it.

Interesting, but if white plays 1.d4 Nf6 2.c4, and black plays c5, white can't play the nice benoni lines with rapid development of the Nc3 with the c pawn still at c2."Beat the Benoni Defense with the KINGSIDE Move Order". You can play 2.c4 but I prefer to develop a piece in move 2. Also, if you play 2.c4 and black plays g6 you can't play the 150 attack. If I play 2.Nf3 or 2.Bf4 (which both prevent the Budapest Gambit) I can still play c4 later if I want to.
