I used to go to an eastern European school where it was unsafe to go out after 22:00, due to high crime rate. They were warned, if they did not stop the Teacher stood up with out a word, went outside, and the Masked police came in, grabbed the kid, and took them away to the principal. 7. Parents were called in and told this is the last warning. If they would even do the smallest thing, they are expelled. 8. Kids of course did not take the warning seriously. And they were expelled. Thus being the sacrificial lambs to show everyone else this is serious. 9. After a few waves of expulsions, everyone started to behave. 10. After 3-5 years, it became safe to go out at night, the jail bars from the windows have been removed, and when I walk past the school and see the kids play and have fun, it makes me smile. I am sorry for the ones that had to be made the examples, but you have to break some eggs to make an omelet...
