Yugeta Shoyu (is the shop) with the grey awning across from the Starbucks. In the shop they sell soy sauce products like ice cream and sweets. It's owned by my wife's primary school friend. They may still have free tours of the factory in Sakado, Saitama with the nearest station being Nishi-Oya. 👍 Levi 😀 🐀

I went today. It was crowded. I arrived around 4 pm after exploring the nearby areas. The shops were closing when I arrived. Luckily some were still open. I bought buns.

Love the Okinawan performers with their Sanshin music. I've heard about the fire but it's not the original castle since the original one was destroyed during the Battle of Okinawa. The structures were reconstructed. Still sad what happened

If I had to guess why they can't close of the traffic it probably has to do with the fact that there's a sizable population that live there according to what John said early on. If it was just a tourist area there would probably be no reason to not close off the streets for cars and maybe just allow delivery vehicles to pass through. But I think if they really tried to make this area more hospitable to pedestrians I think that they could make an effort to have a few strategic streets and parking spots for cars so people who live there can still get close enough to their homes but still make the area better for the tourists on foot with some of the most populated streets being closed off for traffic.

For the muslim leaflet I think its mostly guide for food because we struggle to find halal food (meat that respect our dietary law, no pork, no alcohol, fish are okay....) edit: 1 hour and 20min later into the stream and I realize that John already know about halal food... probably 😂

I love watching the streams whether it's just a play back or i catch you live but did the stream lose connection at all within that hige crowd of people. By the way in the play back in semi important places and a couple other places it has you repeating what you were saying at that time 2 or 3 times. Im just letting you know about it. Im not trying to be rude so i hope people don't take it that way because I absolutely love watching your videos and i like that you are able to joke around with your viewers and they can joke around with you as well.
