Thank you and thank the hotel. Wonderful video. I could stay a week. I liked the night walk around the older buildings. I could see them more clearly and take in more of their beauty. Those are my favorite places. The hotel is fascinating. I love the rooms they offer. I would want the smaller double or full size bed. So many nice features. The things they offer to make you comfortable would make travel so much easier. No wet toothbrush in your bag, no shampoo to haul around. They thought of absolutely everything. The breakfast looked so good. In all my life, I never cared for American breakfast in the morning. I wanted the kind of food you had. I love American breakfasts in the afternoon or evening. That breakfast looked absolutely divine. Tell me the truth, though. If 2 Americans stayed in the room you had, would the basket of grooming items be empty when they left? I don't think you could offer that much here. If you use up what they give you at check in, you can ask for another. Americans just love to take all those things home in their suitcase. I did a "fundraiser" for some homeless women. I asked for toiletries, grooming items and the small sizes preferred as they had to put them in their back packs. I also asked for winter scarves, hats and gloves. The response was huge. People literally just cleaned out their bathroom cabinet and found new, unopened tooth brushes and lots of hotel soaps, shampoos, lotions and more. LOL. The women just loved it. The donors cleaned out their closet and found brand new designer hats and scarves. LOL

24h bathhouse? Woaw, that is all I need. X) Did it have vendor machines with milk (like how I seen in manga)? The hotel remind me a lot of the hostel I recently stayed in at a trip to my capital. Although that probably were more worn out. (As someone who always need to go to the bathroom at night, I prefer the lower bunk, to not disturb my room mates. Atleast that is what I favour using the night/sleep train).

The dorm style rooms remind me of a hostel. With those, are they by the bed, or room?
@TabiEats
@TabiEats 2 жыл бұрын
The dork style rooms are by room but prices change depending on how many occupy the room. For example I think you can stay with 3 persons in a 6-bed room. However the price will be higher than if 6 persons were occupying the room. You’ll never be placed with strangers in a room and that’s the reason why. If you’re a solo traveler they will recommend the solo rooms instead

Apologies if this is too private, but I wonder why you weren’t sharing a double room, no other rooms available? Just to show the group rooms? As a western lesbian woman, I’ve travelled all over Japan with my partner several times, and never experienced any issues with homophobia in hotels (Japanese society as a whole I different, I know). Neither have gay male friends who have travelled in Japan. Did we experience gaijin privilege? Is it not culturally acceptable for two guys to share a hotel bed?
