@@thegyattiestmanalive22.2 Bro, great part of the blackpillers are in self-improvement while bluepilled (soyboys) are at home, doing bullshit and expecting their fathers to do things for them. They use drugs (cuz they're delusional thinking It would make them more badass); they go to party and expend lots of money in dates where women just want to get the money their fathers, mothers gave them. The New trend is: If you're a homeless woman, it's easy, rent usual clothes, take a shower and just go for a bluepilled guy, he will reserve his fathers/mothers house for you.

My personal take away: 1. Brushing the lips: BIG NO 2. Vaseline on the lips at night: Yes but do it every other night as chapped lips can be a vitamin deficiency so better get your nutrient test. Vaseline saves you from the environmental condition not your nutrient deficiency. 3. Deodorant: YES and a foot spray every other day. 4. Cut sugar: BIG YES. SUPER YES. Benefits your skin, lips, and body odor reduction. 5. Magnesium glycinate: BIG YES. And Potassium and Vitamin D3 if you want to go extra. Good health is a life time effort. Being attractive just comes after it.

before entering university, i tried applying some of the steps he mentioned here. get a suitable haircut, have a signature scent, wear decent watches,be kind and gentlemen specially to old people and also have a hobby. i noticed it had a huge difference on how people approach me when compared to when i was in highschool. people tend to be drawn more to you if they noticed that you have a hobby and they get excited whenever you tell them what you like to do on casual conversations. great video tho, precise and very straightforward.

pretty much the same, 3 years ago I was a whole different person honestly, I'm 33 now and I can say that age doesn't matter in this process. I have great posture, a commanding voice tone and values that I die for with integrity, this makes you a different person and demands respect without demanding it yourself, it just happens magically. I started reading a lot and going to the gym, beeing proud of my actions and aligned with my identity made the shift happen naturally. Even people that knew me before are confused who I am now, it feels great.

Had to leave once I heard "Improving your body is one of the easiest and most straight forward changes you can make". Yeah, I know what you were trying to say, but I've lost 40 pounds and have 10-15 more to lose, and I would never tell anyone it is easy. Yes, I can actually do it effortlessly now, but that initial effort is anything but easy. It's a fundamental lifestyle change that is not to be scoffed at

Why sleep on your back? Shouldn’t it be sleep on your side? Sleeping on your back causes snoring which means your not getting enough oxygen while your asleep and also causes mascatory issues long term as shown in the book “Jaws” and any orthodontist will agree. Side sleeping promotes nasal breathing which is far healthier, if you are going to sleep on your back try covering your mouth.
