I'm starting to feel that I want to paint some nice but not super-detailed minis like this. I'm a bit tired with GW models demanding so much attention. These ones look like fun

These would make for great stand-in Northern Alliance or even Basilean's for KoW me thinks..... Vixtrix just need to do a Shield Maiden kit and we're away :D

I'm guessing those over the shoulder straps would work as the strap for a slung shield.

lovely minis. After painting loads of their Romans I''ve decided I don't like the way they sculpt fabric. It looks way too wrinkly haha
