4:50 There's a difference between heading to bed and "heading to bed". When you say you're heading to bed, you're not actually going to go fall asleep. Your "bedtime" is just your social battery bed time. It's the time you want people to leave you alone so that you can start to wind down for actual bedtime. You might still be on your phone, scrolling insta or FB or whatever getting ready to head to bed. You just don't want other people texting you because you've had enough for the day. "Heading to bed" doesn't mean you're going to go to sleep in that moment. People need to realize that and not take it personally. It just means they're getting ready to wind down for the night and don't want to be bothered by trying to keep up a conversation.
