The guy is reporting and producing content, not just passively consuming it for entertainment . The way he has to verbally tap dance around so many words and give euphemistic or elaborate explanations taking legal dynamics from several different directions. Recognize MANY would be silenced and exhausted by fighting so hard to just use his “ freedom of speech” in such a hostile environment that’s clearly confusing and inconsistent.

What it shows me is a whole culture of people who knew this sh** was going on for years and either ignored or condoned it. But now that a few people decided to speak up ( for their own selfish/greedy reasons), people in hip hop are trying to act surprised and disgusted by it. And it's not just the music industry, it's the entertainment industry as a whole. And it's not just the industry, it's politicians, top military, policemen, lawyers, judges and world leaders. Only most of them focus solely on children. I only wish I was making this up. People have allowed themselves to become depraved and then try to normalize it. This world has grown so dark it's hard to believe it's real sometimes

I’m pretty sure KZfaq is known to play favorites with big hitters, like the news channel you showed that also had “explicit content” in it. Even Markiplier did a test with this, seeing how far he could go before KZfaq hit him with a strike. It got as far as him quite literally playing a P**N game and it not being taken down for him to give up. That video is still up today AND monetized.

Hate to be the wet blanket but as someone who worked in that specific policy team at 26:00 for a non-specific video hosting platform, it is just because (allegedly) they try to fit violations into certain buckets and if there is not one that exists and (allegedly) they still want it taken down, they will use the closest one that fits, hence the multiple violation reasons

That's a very interesting and relevant point. It does seem like they made the decision first and looked for something to justify it afterwards. Follow-up point: at first I thought Oompa's allegations of there being a "conspiracy" because Diddy has "shooters" on YT was just a joke. I still don't necessarily believe it wholeheartedly...but it does have a bit more cachet than it did at first presentation...

This reminds me of the Norm Macdonald incident at SNL. Norm kept making jokes about OJ and a higher up at NBC was a friend of OJ's. They asked Norm to stop, he didn't, he got canned, or so the story goes.

It had nothing to do with "black's vs white's". That's the media perpetuating fear among the racially biased. It was one of the first public trials of a wealthy and famous African American.

The best part of all of this is how rumors of his actions have been making their rounds since Tupac died, yet no one wanted to look into it.
