OP might’ve had a pulmonary embolism. It would explain the coughing up blood and headaches.

If you keep getting sicker, you won't make it to your reds. Go to the hospital and tell them what's going on with your health and family.

pulmonary embolism would result in MI very rapidly and it can't be definitively treated without either open surgery or anticoagulant medication delivered via catheter/stent OP simply would've passed out and not woken up if it was a pulmonary embolism. There's definitely something going on that is life-threatening and in need of immediate emergency care but its not a pulmonary embolism

@@SR-lm1jxno I think it's a stress ulcer. If he had multiple ulcers then I can see the black out the stomach pain and the vomiting blood. His life professionally sucks so I'd see it be pretty easy for him to rack up a few ulcers. School puberty a job and dealing with his parents who he somehow still cares about despite how shitty they are. The fact that he even felt nervous about leaving them. Yeah I think I'm right.

30 seconds in and i feel bad for OP. I tried to talk to my mom about being sick when i was about 16 and she told me I was faking it. I had splitting headaches, got dizzy and passed out about 10 times in 2 weeks. I ended up missing like 4 days of school (I rarely had parents at home in the morning, got myself to school for 6 years) and they were furious at me. I eventually got better, dont know what it was.

Story 1: it sounds like OP is neurodivergent with his struggles with changes. This story should be a good lesson on the risks neurodivergent dependancies and fears might face.

Story 2. Can't help but to feel sorry for the ex-bf. The woman he has been with since he was a child, the woman he married, has an abortion. Wanting to raise the child it utterly ruins him and he has to walk away from the marriage. Then when it came time to sign the divorce papers the woman he thought he would spend his entire life with is having another child but this time she is going to keep it. I would have a mental breakdown too. He is probably still mourning his child, and now to him he can only feel that the child was murdered for no reason. I seriously doubt he will bounce back from this. I don't think I could. It's all best for OP and him to separate, he is going to wander down a road of self distraction and everyone in his life is going to follow.

i don´t see anyone being the AH here, no one know how broken you´re until life put you in those spot, like, he did love his ex, he was just hearth broken, his ex likely still love him, but was a mess, and bf loved op, but time weight too much, and op did nothing wrong but stumble in a relationship with someone that didn´t know how broken he was.

Given they're getting their own Medicare card, and talking about red Ps it sounds like they're in Australia. We do have healthcare here but it's hard to find drs that bulk bill now

The Aussie friends I have say healthcare there is horrible unless you live in the larger cities. Emergency Appointments can take a couple of YEARS.

@@francinetitherington4060 it definitely can be. I'm in a pretty big place. Not as big as Sydney but biggish. I've been waiting about a year to get triaged for surgery on my ankle. Which isn't an emergency thing but it is causing pain and the longer I wait, the longer I'm taking pain meds for it. Which in itself isn't a good thing. And that's going through private health care. I don't even want to think about how long it'd take if I went through public.

This hits hard! What he said to her! This is typical addict behavior! Just yesterday my ex best friend texted me asking for money. I said no and that i want nothing to do with her forgot? We were out of contact since a year bc she robed me and wanted to let me beat up, called me every name in the book. What she does after I said no? Calls me every name in the book. Im so done with her. I cant help her anymore. And i will never try again! She is destroying her life her self and projecting her insecurities on me. People dint try to be friend with a extrem addict. Im an ex addict my self but never was like that bc i took responsibility and saved my self. Im still shocked about her words but im sorry for her in the end. she got nothing just drugs.
