People are different just because I say obs is a successful story doesn't mean everyone understands it it's just used by the majority of people who are streaming. Same for everything else I say Linux distribution failed does not mean no one uses it . It's just that mathematics says only a few % of pc world wide has it especially in new sells

Really great video, very few people outside prorgramming world ever heard of open source. And yes you are right, we have a big problem in open source, but cant complain, it was originally created by prorgammers for programmers, GNU. Hopefully this will change in near future and we see more general user friendly open source applications.

Most developers avoid touching their mouse because it makes them slow while writing code. Guess a place where you don't have to touch the mouse. Yes, it's the TERMINAL. Maybe it is the reason why open-source GUIs s__ so much.

Our education & upbringing is problem... i am an electrical Engineer even then i am using Linux Debian in my desktop & Linux Ubuntu in my laptop... Ya i had to face issues but if i try i can find solution of 99% problem on internet. .. Just we are too much trapped in our comfort zone... I also have windows for only those software that are not available in Linux otherwise for day to day usage Linux is now mature enough..

U went full stupid. Every one's time is spent differently & have different needs. Majority of human can't spend time to "learn" how to use pc as they are too busy doing work that pays them.we pay for comfort that is why we make money in the first place

Don't blame everything on education and upbringing. I tried to use Linux in my laptop but it had a serious problem. Everything ran fine untill I turn my laptop to sleep and when I wake it up and start using, it's CPU fan won't turn on, no matter how much the temperature rises. I tried different destros but all had the same problem. Eventually I abandoned Linux because I didn't want my Laptop's hardwares to be roasted.

I used ubuntu several times since 2009 but every time same problem i.e. driver unavailable. But I always use GIMP, VLC, Libre Office till now. Windows is always user friendly.

Open Source is mostly for Developers. I know programming and used FFmpeg I have no Issues with it. But When I tell my Friends about this , they say kuch samajh nahi aaya 😂.
