Thank you doctor good information. But in case of fissure surgery one of the doctor in pune his name is Ashwin porwal doing laser sphincterotomy. Is this laser vs normal open surgery which one is better? Because in Hyderabad one GI surgeon doctor only doing open surgery. Can i go for open or laser ? Now days all doctors doing laser surgery. For open surgery is painful and recovery time is also 14 days. And one final doubt is with laser how he can cut internal splinter ?

General anesthesia is expensive compared to spinal anesthesia that is why surgeons prefer spinal but patient remains with back pain and nerve damage on the back where needles are inserted. I think general anesthesia is better and patient should be told to pay extra for it.

Sir I am not afraid of surgery but am afraid of that injection that is given in backbone for anaesthesia because a person can feel it bcj while surgery is performed person can't feel it Sir is there no technique of giving anaesthesia other than backbone injection because when it is given in drip it is not painful

Yesterday only one suggested lazer surgery for me. I was scared and started watching videos. This one is very informative. My Dr told me spinal Anastasia is necessary before this surgery. I was wondering, y local Anastasia is not referred. So i was confirming this after watching different videos😜. Still i am not prepared for surgery and scared

Kerala Mom and Baby @ You can go for Surgery madam its very easy you would feel unsafe for sometime during spine anasthesia but after that all is over after

Hi, great video!! I'm in the United States but planning to visit India soon. I'm kinda confused between the laser vs nonlaser LIS (anal fissure surgery). None of the surgeons in US does this laser surgery, basically, everyone does the blade one which is so bizarre esp when US is considered the best in healthcare. So I'm thinking if the postoperative pain is considerably less in the laser one, I would definitely like to have surgery done in India.

@@aarooshanand215 I did my laser surgery on 22 March but still I see little blood in my stool and still there are small lumps and average pain how long does it take to heal completely?

@@rajnishmishra1425 and I got my surgery done on the 25th of March. Ya I also can see some blood in my stool sometimes now I feel almost like normal no pain. Even I sit almost 5-6 hrs daily. I am moving towards a normal life.

Hello sir, Maine kafi logo se suna hai ki pilles or Fissure ke operation ke baad 1 or 2 saal ke baad firse wapas aane ka chances rehta hai..and kisi kisi motion ko rokne ki shamta vi kaam ho jata hai. I want to know sir if possible please reply me
