Hi Doctor , Which is the best gel for bleeding piles, though I had a laser surgery 2 years back , now it’s bleeding again.. doctor said to again do the surgery this time haemorrhoidectomy which Iam not comfortable with is there any options I can explore and please suggest a gel I use Anovate but if there is some better one available , would be a great help .
