Let's get down then :) - as I previously said, the process for obtaining visa is a little bit more complicated and implies 2 ways of doing the things - as employee or owner of the company - but in both cases it takes time - between 4 up to 6 months. This is in the case that you want to live here, in Romania, but if you want just to make a company, you do not need visa. The document that we need to set up the company is the passport - not the TRC. So, yes, a company can be set up anytime, no matter where you have the domicile.
