Your Festival experience begins with an extraordinary night featuring three exceptional writers at the height of their powers - multi-award-winning novelist Saud Al Sanousi (Travels of the City of Clay), Ben Okri (Tiger Work), Claudia Rankine (Just Us) - each inviting us into their imaginations and challenging us to let loose our own. Together, they will offer glimpses into worlds and stories never before heard as they reflect on their own journeys, the state of the world, the promise of tomorrow, and the power of imagination to see us through. Our esteemed speakers will be accompanied by spellbinding performances from Amal Al Sahlawi, Hala Alyan and Ammar Ashkar. The 2024 First Chapter ELF Seddiqi Fellows will also be announced.
