Hope this is a good entry for the iconic franchise. Especially since this will be Scarlett’s first Evil Dead film on the big screen

it wasent goofy, and it was awesome. I can see why Stephen King loved it. Lots of evil dead references. I dident see the Delta 88 which usually makes all Sam Rami's movies, but I guess since he was not the director.

My dad showed me horror films all the time when I was a kid. Now I love them! But I admit Rise is real intense lol. At least it was for me! 🧟♀️

yeah, alamo draft house wouldent let us take our daughter to an R movie, but AMC did. Kids watch worse on KZfaq

I saw it in theaters too and thought it was frightening! Lots of intense moments and fun scares. Definitely the scariest Evil Dead film yet, in my opinion! Particularly because there were children involved and at stake this time. Alyssa Sutherland’s performance truly chilled me. I hope your daughter wasn’t too traumatized 😂 😱

I would agree scariest, the first 3 are my favorite, I love the cheesy horror similar to Dead Alive. I was very impressed with the mom. My daughter did fine, she's kinda around this stuff all the time
