Hyper rares are still a thing, but they did away with secret rares for SV sets. The UPC has a golden mew promo(has same art as the non promo), but it's on a metal card like the celebrations Charizard and Pikachu.

"God packs" are around I've gotten 2 (both with the Bulbasaur evolution line) but they around. Idk where you guys are getting your packs...those pulls kinda sucked for how many packs u opened. I recommend the booster bundles (6 pack boxes) thats where I feel like i got most my hits

I'm going for my first master set with 151. I haven't been able to pull a single Venusaur of any rarity. Yet I have 3 Blastoise SIRs, 3 Ivysaur IRs, and 2 Squirtle IRs. Actually had a god pack, they do exist for the English 151, but its just the starter lines in illustrator rare, instead of the whole pack being shiny.

I grabbed 1 random 151 pack from my local pokemon store and I pulled the special art illustration of alakazam ex, I feel like I can't ever open another one or I'll never get that lucky again😭😆
