I'd agree that it's mainly made for low attention spans...which unfortunately is the majority in our modern age. Sadly or maybe not, it works lolz

thanx bt i want to save/export all the seperate clips as individual clips on my pc. how to do that? currently what i do is,i split videos into clips and then keep only 1 clip on timeline and delete all other clips on time line and export the vid. so i have to split each time i want to export a small clip again n again. really iritating. pls help

Is there a way to zoom in picture in picture? As in, keep the size of the overlaid video constant, but zoom in on the video inside the frame so you are only showing part of the video in the overlaid bit.

Hmmm you could do this with keyframes although it will take some experimenting.

I'm trying to do 'ripple edits' so i can insert a scene into the timeline, and push all the other clips together to the right ... please help

Actually I was looking for "jumps" when I landed here, but maybe I should use "skips". Now I want to make a video a dance performance with chapters and burn it to a DVD. But how can I skip to a chapter? Is it possible to put markers in OpenShot? If this needs and external open source program what can you suggest and can you make a tutorial video about it?

I'm not sure how to do that nor do I think it's a built-in feature now that physical media like DVDs are starting to fade away 😫
