Progressions like these go back before Mozart, are improvised on Ray Charles records, arranged for dance, and performed by a vaudville group in Black face. . . Aprecciate the awesomeness of harmony everywhere, and in every genre all the time.

Peter is an eternal fountain of great ideas. Are the transcripts shown in these clips in a catalog and available for purchase, maybe by subscription, in any way at all? Clearly they exist and clearly they teach a great deal when any student analyzes, understands, and takes them through different keys. But watching them fly by in the clip or chopping up frames on a cell phone, etc., doesn't work too well.

I hear it too. Its close-ish. The signature line of giant steps is F#, D, B, G, Bb. The line peter plays in the top voice of the last 5 chords is F, Db, C, B, A. The first, second, and last notes are the same but down a half step, so it starts the same way and ends in the same place relative to the start of the line.
