If two processes have same arrival time, take the process which has short burst time among them :)

You consider process is eg p1,p2 and located to the CPU according to first come first serve

how to decide how many m/seconds that the process should execute because for the P1 we took 1m/sec and P3 we took 3 !!!

This is wrong way sir... Short job first always non-preemetive ..... the Preemptive is short remaining time...

Very good explanation but WT time formula will change in PREEMPTIVE MODE please check it once again WT FORMULA (PREEMPTIVE) Waiting Time =Total waiting Time - No.of Milisec. Process executed - Arrival Time
